Looks like they filed the same stuff in Illinois now, although there is a new spin on it, looks like they are trying to go for Trademark infringement, since the expiration date in September (due to CIRC winning bankruptcy case) They didn't get another extension to bring them up to date.
However, This looks like it will not even start until after our case that is currently going on. So we will have to see what happens, on phone so i will have to post doc's etc. later. Also filed in a different court than Cook County, lol which i feel may get thrown out again... (not sure exactly how it all works just my assumption) Under the First-Filed Rule, "'n all cases of federal concurrent jurisdiction, the court which first has possession of the subject must decide it.
