positive about the 30% ownership?

This was from June and I don't recall seeing an update of Ownership %. Could be they did get 30%.

entities currently share ownership of Aequitas. Elena Cahill owns ninety percent (90%) of Aequitas and Viper Networks, Inc. owns ten percent (10%). In addition to its affiliation with Viper, Aequitas is also affiliated with Globelé Energy, LLC, by virtue of Elena Cahill's common ownership of Aequitas and Globelé.
