Absolutely not. Investors who gave GDSM funding in exchange for the the 840 million common shares will be steeply inclined to sell them. I highly doubt they intended to give them a donation with no desire for compensation. 840 million will hit the market diving PPs DOWN.

60 million have already been converted and sold. They obviously are not afraid to dump into buying pressure.
