The big difference is they didn't have a TUV audit with an actual date posted, nor did they have increasing sales, and their debt was a lot worse last year and have almost eliminated all debt. I'll admit, yes dilution did occur to get it to this minimal debt level but look at SNDY's very attractive balance sheet now. It was worth it in my opinion. Find me another sub-penny stock with such a low debt ratio?

It's a different year and different company and to be quite honest, the dilution nor a reverse split really doesn't bother me at this point as they are getting things done to bring this company to the next level.

I invested in SNDY because it is way undervalued in my opinion.
