Yes, but I think its mor than that. It is partially because of the increase in outstanding shares, but they also own 3,408,684 shares less of common stock.

Now, that could be outright common stock in which they would have converted convertable notes and warrants to common shares and sold those shares, or somehow they lost convertable notes and warrants that were worth 3,408,684 in common shares. I'm not too swift with how warrants and convertable notes work.
