Obviously, much of that will depend on share price at the time and we believe that waiting for the PPA will ensure the highest price per share. We base this on our internal Net Present Valuation of the expected cash flows from the PPA over the expected minimum twenty year cash flow.

The Company is working on a variety of items this week including finalizing the merger paperwork. For the most part that has been concluded successfully. STLK has been issued shares and has control of Versant, the final paperwork is expected from the minority shareholders of Versant at the end of the month. Currently we are reviewing the PPA draft as well as finalizing the Garrad Hassan update to our Annual Energy Production Report. These are significant items this week.
