In any case, would anything less than you receiving certified mail from the USEPA with the given lab results on official letterhead ease your concern?

Ummm ~ It might be helpful for those trying to use the copy/paste document as legitimate data.

Why not get the original lab test results instead of something that's questionable? What's the big deal?

IET paid money for the lab to be a lab

The lab provides results in there own format.

Until there's any official Lab doc ~ this issue is mute.
