We will incorporate a strategic and tactical approach to growing our brand that includes continued licensing in specific areas of the country, company unit development, franchise unit development and strategic buying of an existing brand that fits within our concept footprint. Such a purchase will provide enhanced cash-flow, robust purchasing & distribution strength, improved marketing & advertising synergies and G&A efficiencies.

Now that's an interesting little tidbit....anyone have any ideas about this "existing brand" purchase?
