Has anyone asked themselves,

where is PBLS getting all the cash they are throwing around.

Cash for oil leases, cash for buybacks, part cash for buying new companies. There must be a lot of cash in them there 800 odd acres of pebbles and sand. (That or in selling treasury shares into the last rally...just a thought...) Who cares, let the flippers pay for the enrichment of long tern shareholders!
