let's see....guy comes on and announces "business plan" that
contains production numbers (grade and qty) and maybe even
references rare earths. turns out to be the highest volume day
since Dec 12. And sell volume of over 85%. Yet, there is no
record of said plan.

This is very encouraging. It tells me that maybe this board has
someone close to the operation that knows something.
