Who would be behind message board manipulation?

For a second time my Yahoo account is being messed with.

I am blocked on the IP level from: OMG MEDT ICPT BPUR GOJO CCUR FCEL CYTC AFFX ALLP AMLN ARDM BCII CALY CEPH EDSN SQNM GEB FHRX NTII ALT LSBC MDCO RTIX APPX GNVC CTIC CNCT CRXA CRY MLNM CBST CYTO STEM GNLB GILD HITK BLUD IMNR INCY INKP IPIC KOSP LJPC LGND MOGN NPRO PARS RGEN SERO SUPG VRTX CELG NEOT QSC. I am not being blocked from ORCH which is the board I post to most frequently.

Since the blocking is both selective and at the IP level, I believe it is a hedge fund or someone who has bought off an employee for the purpose of manipulation. I spoke to Yahoo management the last time my account was disrupted and they told me there were no blocks according to their records. Still, the block existed so it had to be "unofficial".

Some of the boards I am blocked from are only bookmarked and never posted to. My suspicion is that there is a specific employee involved that does not have access to the entire database.
