The trades are determined by risk/reward and other indicators......be they technical or sentiment. Included in the TA component would be the X_DEV look as well.

Yes, I post my call on a trade the night or morning before trading opens, and list both my stop loss target and profit target. If the profit target is hit on an intraday basis, the position is exited for that profit or whatever my fill for the play was. If the stop is hit on a daily close basis, then the play is exited at a loss.
