it's very simple, a r/s will reduce the o/s count, so while the value of the company is the same, it looks better as there are less shares at a higher price. It can be good for management who does it responsibly, but can be very bad for the ceo who loves to dilute

If we all actually believed every single word we said, wouldn't we all be millionaires by now?
