JB just told me what happen today in court so you can decide for yourselves what to make of it. 24Hrs before the trail today, the court pulled JB lawyer from the case, it stated it wanted JB to defend himself and yes this is a 3 day trail. I sumize the Tucson and the Pima County legal department is out to get JB, my own opionion. The last DUI JB got, he was not driving, his son was and he did not want him to go to jail so he acted as if he was the driver of the vehicle. I have never in my life heard where a judge refuses to let a defendant legal representation in a court of law for a 3 day trail, this is not coming from me but JB. If he is found guilty it still will be up to the judge for sentenceing. All 3 lawyers JB has had were dismised by the court not JB, My opionion is that the court is upset with JB because he refused a Plea Deal back in Nov 2012. If he is convicted he will probably ask for a new trail that will allow him to have a lawyer represent him in court, I believe that is his thinking.
Weather you are for JB or not, to me he is getting a raw deal in Tucson, but hopefully everything will turn out well. We can only hope and pray. Since I could not post another message this morning I could not tell you what JB gave me this morning at 7:00AM.
If JB gives more update on the precedings I will keep you all informed.
God Bless and Have a great day. JohnII (Aj)
