Well, you could be right.
As Ed Godin has said to me in the past, how do you put a value to a company that has no source of revenue? No cash flow? Few assets?
So, what may be cheap to some, may be expensive, or even worthless to others, given the above.
My understanding is that he has a use for the money, and that the use will be found to be productive.
Beyond that, it's all up to Ed.
