Question for the Board

How do YOU feel about EKWX having 1 billion shares out?

I just got off the telephone with Mr. Godin, asking him to explain to his shareholders what is going on. I have asked him in writing twice recently. The gist of those emails to him, and the telephone call today, are woven in below.

His reply is that he is financing the company. That is plain enough to see. I want to hear what he plans on doing with all that money. I know that to finish the Nevada project if will cost $500K. I understand that the currnet financing may net EKWX 300-400K.

Is the new financing for Nevada? Are there other projects on the go? Is there a stipulation attached to the current new funding as to how it is to be used?

What are the terms of the new funding? Is it toxic, or benign? Under what terms was the financing made?

The shareholders deserve to know, for their continued support.

I suggest that individual shareholders take up some of the effort and write and telephoen Mr. Godin with their own questions.
