Am I reading that massive boiler plate BS 8-K right? They already sold the new shares, over 8 million to the public starting Jan 31, 2013?
That explains the huge gap up rally from no where, staged by the pros to dump shares at 3-4 times what they are worth on the retail guys. WOW!!! What a scam!!!! Retail can't even hold it up at the price the new shares were sold at!!!! Now all we need is a form 4 showing an insider sold at the top. We know from the volume the big boys sold the old shares and new shares, and that explains why they PR'd the sill targets way out in orbit.
Add in that the smart institutional bag holders sold at the top, and when retail figures it out, that they are left holding the bag, and they bail this is going to be one huge sell off.
Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
