Will PNC be the final buyer of spencers stock at the Sherifs sale?

www.pnc.com/webapp/unsec/ProductsAndService.do?siteArea=/pnccorp/PNC/Home/Personal/Investments+and+Wealth+Management/Wealth+Management+and+Advice/Asset+Management/Strategies+for+Concentrated+Equity+Positions/Private+Sale+of+Restricted+Securities

I believe they would be considered a qualified investor and would not have any SEC problems.

A little light reading on the subject ...

http://www.pli.edu/product_files/EN00000000029733/89255.pdf

In Nov 2011 it was

Actively Negotiating Joint Venture with Chinese Wheelchair Manufacturer for International Marketing of Robotic Wheelchair

The result has been zero sales and all of the "potential partners" seem to have gone to ground.

spencer has not posted a semianual report and GOSY is "OTC no information" and there seems
to be about 100,000,000 shares primed for the float by the promoters ...

and no one knows why Clark's shares were changed from "services rendered" to "Debt Conversion"

but GOSY acolytes are rule 144 legal experts .......

very very interesting ......... smile)
