Fintel's Investment Went Public
Financial Telecom Limited (USA) Inc. (Business Name: Fintel) (OTCBB:FLTL), www.fintel.com, announced that one of its most recent investments, Enjoy Media Holding Ltd (Enjoy), has announced a 100% stock exchange with Pink Sheets-listed New English Venture Limited. As a result, Enjoy is now listed on the Pink Sheets market under the trading symbol of EJYM (Pink Sheets:EJYM).

Enjoy is an innovative print media and advertising company based in Guangzhou, China that targets the urban youth and white-collar segment of the advertising market. It supplies paper placemats, napkins and other table displays that carry advertising, free of charge, to a network of over 800 cafes and restaurants in the cities of Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Shanghai in China. The restaurants then use them to serve each of their dining customers. Enjoy's advertising clients include: China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, Siemens, Danone, Wrigley, and numerous other consumer brands as well as real estate development companies. Enjoy expects to grow its network of restaurants and cafes to more than 4,000 in the next few years. Branded as "Wait Media," Enjoy's advertising targets the consumer by utilizing the waiting time each person experiences during his or her daily life. Enjoy plans to aggressively expand this new advertising media by acquiring other types of "Wait Media" in China.

Fintel invested 19% in Enjoy for a total consideration of 1,688,306 Fintel common shares on April 8th, 2005. Fintel received 14,625,000 shares of Enjoy for its entire interests after listing. The board of directors of Fintel is considering divestment plans, including paying Enjoy shares as a dividend to all Fintel shareholders. Details will be announced at a later date.
