I didn't leave him out...I called him a fool...If they're at Koosy, then that is a monster breach of fiduciary duty to EZTO and its shareholders. Probably couldn't face the prospect of another untimely filing so they may have crawled into that Koosy "spider hole" hoping they would ride out the search for their sad, sorry azzzezzz.

All above is just my humble opinion.
