The latest update to OTCMarkets came from STLK Management as Jose Quiros told me that info in an email after informing him that the transfer agent wasn't releasing any info to me which he was not aware of since taking over the company. He mentioned that the 100 million extra shares added are restricted as per post # 12374 and 11678.
