I'm not sure they are late on their filings. From what I an see they have never filed, but have filed an S-1 to register some of their shares and to sell a few. They don't need to file 10Q's or 10K's until the SEC approves the S-1 registration statement. Once the SEC declares it effective, then they will start the filing process (or should anyway). If they take too long to go effective then they have to update the financial statements in the S-1. They've alread done that once.

I admit I don't know why the registration is taking so long, but I also know that in some cases it does. I'm still hopefull here. But then again, I bought recently around 0.10.
