That's easy...

Quit waiting for it.

It's never gonna happen.

This thing is dead.

And it's gonna stay dead.

Until the SEC de-registers it.

There is no "shell" play here.

Too many liabilities.

So, anything that "happens" here... is a scam ? Not sure why anyone would find that confusing ?
