Why would NITE care what the price is other than their customer(s) orders to buy or sell? The idea that there is an evil group of MM employees sitting at a jumbotron affixing their monoculars and pleasuring themselves furiously as they conspire to keep the price down is asinine at best.
My guess, someone wanted in today, had the money, and was willing to pay the price they did. Also, someone wanted out at the same price, and probably made a decent chunk of change. Nothing mysterious at all.
I love the smell of shorting stocks in the morning!
