PBLS can bring in a whole new crop of investors by simply un gagging the transfer agent-- I mean investors have to know how many shares are out there for this Press release to have real meaning- Gotta still ask the question-- Why not let the transfer agent give us the real numbers?


On a side note- another LA company QBID released similiar press releases a while back saying they would be buying and retiring shares too- and as of yet have not ungagged their TA either.
