This is the lunch time sell off. Almost every stock dips inbetween 12 and 12:30 EST, same thing happens at around 9:30 or 10 EST. If you going to buy in those are the two times of the day to do so. If there is no dip at 9:30 wait until 12:30, if no dip at noon generally it will hold on to it's gains until the close.
