Only thing that has been "perfectly timed" so far is the CEO massively diluting the stock as soon as it poped on the news. Classic move, timed to coincide with the phase 3 news, which he knew would cause a nice pop in the pps as he paid money to have KERX pumped on multiple websites the week before. As soon as it ran, BAM time to dilute dilute dilute!

Classic P and D... If there was a real market for this, they would have no problem getting REAL, non-dilutive investments... Yet where are these?
