I think they pushed this news release out just in time to stem any negative talk about pushing the Feasibility study of the SGA plant to the end of the year and the increase in capital spending on the current plant so that it can model the SGA process more closely and increase the plant capacity. Some of this is based only on a rumored analyst tour but they have updated their corporate presentation with the new date for the feasibility study being the end of the year now.

Anyways the collaborative agreement is great news but there is more happening under the sheets right now that we need to keep an eye on.
