The Halfway House

I dunno but they are outstanding. They were the first macaroons I had ever tasted so I had nothing to compare them with until someone at work brought in a different kind.
The bakery that makes them only makes them for Passover and people come from all over to buy them. Last year one of my co-workers said she would pick them up for us so we placed an order. I think it was for 25 pounds!
Funny thing is......the rest of the stuff that they bake is so-so.
