Wow, I can't believe they invested hoards of money in a phase III trial with out an issued patent first? That sounds sounds insane? Don't most get issued patents during earlier cheaper trials before throwing 10s of millions into a phase III trial?

Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
