I would venture to guess Canarc is NOT paying for, or is directly involved in any way with any "pump" promotion. It is just not their style historically, and why would they need or want to now that their future financing needs are all but formally in place.

More likely a sponge-like promoter just looking to boost their own "pick average" and "success image" by jumping on Canarc's improving story, so they can later claim they are geniuses.
