Dr Bill: Nothing about the share count??

The new shell company will have 75MM shares issued and O/S!!

GFCI shareholders will most likely own 88% of the 75MM share count, while "others" will own 12% of it.

And maybe, just maybe, that 12% of the share count is owned by the original shareholders of the shell company. In other words, IPGH shareholders will likely receive 9MM shares of the new company in proportion to what they already owned in the old shell before Grifco bought it.

The way I see it: Grifco shareholders will receive 88% of 75MM shares (or 66MM shares) in the new company issued in proportion to their holdings of the 40MM shares of Grifco stock at the time of the distributed dividend. The latest share count for GFCI -- according to what one poster said Mike King said -- currently stands at 40MM shares O/S.

So what does this mean to me?? It essentially means that for every single share of GFCI that I happen to own at the time of the dividend distribution, I should likely receive 1.65 (or 66MM / 40MM) shares of the new company.

NOT A BAD DEAL AT ALL!!! I am IN like a huge, red pin on a white corkboard!

ANYONE -- AND I DO MEAN ANYONE -- SELLING THIS ONE IS AS FOOLISH AS ICARUS FLYING OFF INTO THE SUN!!!
