He has to get some float out there to get liquidity. Hence the Spin-off. He and his gang presently own all the shares. Then if he can get it financed there will be yet another huge block of cheap stock in the hands of very few people. I think it's going to be a very tough job to find suckers to buy any of this pig. Too heavy a SELL overhang.
