Sandfield intends to trade on the TSX.

Bob Meister told me he believes Sanfield should receive the TSX listing approval soon. But he is not privy to that information. He also said that the agreement between Canyon Copper & Sandfield will expedite the process.

From our point of view this is a good opportunity for CNYC and our shareholders.

This brings in cash without having to dillute our shareholders by means of a finacing.

Work can start immediately on the property which will benefit both companies.
