MyMedicalRecords, Inc. filed a complaint today for patent infringement against Walgreen Co. in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. The complaint, case number CV 13-00631, will be available on the court’s website http://www.pacer.gov/ tomorrow, January 30, 2013. In the complaint, MMR alleges that Walgreens infringes on MMR’s personal health records patent, specifically US Patent No. 8,301,466 and is seeking damages as well as a permanent injunction.

Going after giant....Lorsch lawsuits always going after someone IMO END............................................While you have one line of thought like Fraud I have a penchant for revealing both sides of any company or individual and I will TWEAK them accordingly trying to get them to straighten up and I will also compliment them on what they do well like Bob Lorsch's charitable activitys and recent agreements/contracts he put together including patent infringements/lawsuits. This company is going to be successful no matter what you or anybody says on this board and that is why I keep buying shares and supporting or condeming as I see fit when I wish to express my opinion...like now..I suppose you could go after the Patent Office for fraud by issuing patents to MMRF...LOL..China, E-Mail Frequency, Visi are going to bring in stellar profits thru 2013 and beyond and nothing is going to stop these many hard working people from achiving profitable goals...JMO...Tiffer
