lol, i have a conspiracy theory... that the whole bankruptcy case was part of PLAYBOYS ultimate plan, that has blown up in their face (or those parties involved with the conspiracy)... I was reading the Transcript of the trial for the bankruptcy case and the judge was rather annoyed that PLAYBOY abstained from the case, and that those that were trying to sue didn't even show up to testify. Where the conspiracy comes in, is i believe this was a way to try and bleed CIRC dry of $$ and make it impossible to keep up with contractual obligations. Clearly not all parties at PLAYBOY weren't involved so promises to PLAYBEV were made about contractual agreements, and those closed door meetings with the other company REDI FZE, were not suppose to come to light. Not sure how all the pieces fall together, but sure looks like one big plan to take over the product and bring it all under the PLAYBOY umbrella... is falling apart quickly now...


ALL IMO, just my opinion.. and based off the interpretation of what i have read.
