Somebody has some explaining to do ...

Please find out how world recognized humanitarians treat public companies. This letter comes from Mike Kendrick who became the CEO of Mineseeker and Mark Dorey as well. As officers and directors of a public company they were in control of and failed to remedy his claimed deficiencies under his management all the while benefitting from monies raised on the behalf of MIneseeker. This is termed as self-dealing in the world of public companies and is what most likely happened to the coconut farm although that is pure speculation.

If they refuse to go along NHS will pursue solutions with other people in the industry using the Mineseeker name and technology the company, NHS, has paid for. Unfortunately a pattern of good stories designed to wrest monies from well intentioned persons has turned another page. The Quasar response is attached.

Our fondest wish is to monetize the tech paid for by nhs and we will update you as we proceed. In the meantime we will pursue all remedies and you can see whom we and you have been dealing with.
