The reason for the sometimes incomprehensible Google translations from Swedish to English is that some of the information and posts on the Jordan Fund web page are poorly written in a stream of consciousness type of style. It's like reading someone's interior monologue and can be confusing to read. In my opinion, it's sometimes difficult to understand even for a native Swedish speaker!

From the Jordan Fund web page:

“SINO AGRO FOOD (SIAF)... Jobbar med ekonomiska upplägg som europeer inte riktigt kan greppa - men efter trolig listning i Sverige i vår kan belysningarna där bli lättare.”


My interpretation:
SINO AGRO FOOD (SIAF)... Uses financial arrangements [for financing of operations] that Europeans [investors] can't fully understand but after likely listing in Sweden [Nasdaq OMX First North] in spring time, the disclosures [in prospectus] may make the [financial arrangements] easier to understand.
