I don't think a buyout is in the cards , .. I do believe there could me additional mergers/acquisitions in store for Vringo. I really believe that Vringo what's to be a household name. I am hoping some settlement is reached soon,.. I am surprised that there hasn't been a settlement yet .. , the lost on the USPTO is a nail in Google coffin, just because some people think, this will drag out forever , It won't at a stiff cost to Google. Bottom Line, Jury went with the Vringo, USPTO went with Vringo ... that's all there is .. The Laches will be another huge headache for Google, they might want to try and settlement everything at once, and not wait for another trial on the Laches , Google will lose that battle for sure.

I am expecting quick settlements from Microsoft & Yahoo, this will not go to court, everything is already on record, and the USPTO office confirmed it.. IMHO
