The reason that JBI is now screwed beyond repair, is because the patent office has deemed their technology to be obvious in view of prior art.

That means, if JBI turns plastic into oil using any of the technology described in their failed patent application, then JBI would be infringing the patents owned by others.

Not only that, but since JBI has now been made aware that they would be infringing other patents, JBI would be willfully infringing those patents. Willful infringement entitles patent owners to treble damages.

All this still holds true, even if JBI has a Secret Magic Catalyst that they throw into their process.

In other words, catalyst or no catalyst, JBI is now screwed.

Why would RKT, or anyone else in the world, rely on a money-losing penny stock company, that would have to rely on infringing patents in order to provide a product or service?
