To try to answer your questions...
Because this is a Pink Sheet Company, they are not required to file 10-K or 10KSB forms with the SEC...They are working hard to Audit their past Financials, so that they can apply to either the OTC.BB or Amex Marketplace...Their projection of when that might happen is mid-2006, but will most likely be much sooner than that...The only way we will find out their Financials is if they put them out in a PR.
As to: "who has the other 296MM shared that are not in the float?" I will leave that for someone who can answer that better than I could...But my guess would be they are held by the Company in the category "Authorized", but not being made available for ownership (sale) at this time.
