This is what I rec'd when placing my BUY order on Friday. I have bgt in Dec and again on 1-17 but not allowed Feb 1. That suckks!

Order cannot be processed due to a DTC chill restricting the ability to transfer a security and settle the trade.


I am waiting a reply from TD.
