You are so right. We are closer than we have ever been. Reminds me of a gold mine. A guy sold all of his stuff and put it all in developing a closed gold mine. He worked long and hard, but in the end, failed. Another man came along and hired a geologist to survey the mine. His report? The other fella stopped 3 feet short of the mother lode. What did Mr. Coats do? He made strategic relationships with others to market, manufacture and install the units. Now why would someone do that? He recognized the sales would be so huge that there was no way to do it all under one roof. He is like the second man that developed that gold mine-the successful one.
