I don't see the Fed messing with this right now. Maybe not ever. We've all seen the writing on the wall and Mary Jane will be legal sometime down the road. It's a complete waste of time and resources to enforce a very unpopular law. Personally I don't care for pot, but than again I don't care for Wild Turkey either however I know people who swear by both. Mark my words, the pot industry, when legalized will CASH COW.
