FYI,,,According to OPEN INSIDER.COM.. major purchases by directors of BGMD were recorded 2-1-2013.. 2 MILLION shares at 2.00 purchase by Afeyan Noubar( also a 10% owner of company) and 250000 at 2.00 purchased by director Papadopoulos Stelios..
