Yup!
Look anything can still happen with Payne. I don’t however see the Infineon bench ruling becoming Sammys tool against Rambus as was feared. It’s funny the way the market responded when they were faced with reading this junk. Rambus got exactly what they wanted and that is what should be communicated. I’m still mulling over these documents and I really like the word “moot”! If I find anything useful I’ll post it later.
