It is both Political and a Health issue.
The FDA can not state that this is not a safe drug.
To many people have used it and been just fine.
The there logic to me is just as important.
They just need to redo the darn study with the drug with
better controls. And that is going on now.
So the Conditional Approval path is one of logic.
(and that is scary when thinking of Gov)
So also there Political side of it is yes.
The Label DEATH PANEL will not only be put on the FDA but the
individuals who had down the call.
I would expect to see news of CFS folks laying down on their front laws.
It could get ugly for the FDA and their staff with an outright
reject.
