VNDM is not the flippers. Flippers use a variety of trading accounts. ETRF, NITE, CDEL, ATDF, CSTI, etc. Sure it is possible that they could use VNDM, but there is no way that each flipper would use VNDM. Especially with the amount of shares available for sale through VNDM. That investor has sold over 100,000,000 shares using that account!

When you see VNDM or VFIN, it typically means dilution. Those are firms that work with companies who want to sell shares. That is why, on any stock, when VNDM or VFIN shows up the stock tanks right away because the smart investors sell and move on. They know a new round of dilution has begun.
