Hedgies have been taking starter positions for a while. Last two days, they have been buying more. New Hedgies are now watching and buying. They can buy any price stock, audited fins or not.

Large Insitutional Hedge funds will buy over 5.00...
If it goes over 1.00 it will attract alot of investors not to mention a uplist to Nasdaq.
