SMF: Are you aware of Lorsch's previous public company, a NASDAQ POS from the dot com bubble? Smartalk (SMTK) collapsed amid the first winds of the storm that took out hundreds of such stocks around 1999. It was in the phone card business. Garbage. Quite a tribute to the stupidity of investors during that mania. It briefly had a huge market cap, but virtually no substance.

Lorsch claims to have resigned before SMTK's ugly end.

He has a history. Much about it survives on the web.
